If you need direction in your training, enduranceWERX works with athletes of all abilities. Working with a coach is the most effective way to maintain direction and increase your ability. Our coaching is targeted to the specific needs and requirements of your events and includes unlimited email access with your coach, so you know you’re on track. Our coaches are not only certified by USA Cycling, NCSF, and other sporting organizations, but they are competitive cyclists and top triathletes themselves. THE COMMUNICATION

Like any good relationship communication is the key to success. The more feedback our coaches have, the better we will be able to personalize your program. We encourage all athletes to get into the habit of logging in daily with workouts.

THE DEDICATION

Realizing your goals takes commitment. If you cannot adhere to the training program, attaining your goals may be in jeopardy. Proper training also requires a progressive increase in training time and intensity. If you are unable to meet your training schedule or fall behind in this periodization, it is imperative you discuss it with your coach. We will work with you to revise the training plan so you continue to progress
