During our Blood Lactate Threshold Test we will determine the ideal metric for determining your Power and HR training zones. Through a graded exercise test the workload is progressively increased every few minutes until you are no longer able to continue. Each stage we collect a small droplet sized blood sample at the fingertip and monitor your HR, cadence, and rating of perceived exertion. There is no set end to the test but once we obtain the blood values we need to determine your fitness the test is stopped. Typically this occurs within 15-20 minutes. Following the test you are provided with results and a 15 min consultation.
